Concerning my order
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Yes. An order confirmation will be sent after placing the order. If you want to modify or can cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been shipped
The right to cancel or modify orders does not apply to customized or personalized items.
How can I pay?
Libeco Home accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Your credit card details will not be stored in our database. In order to process your payment as safely as possible, Libeco Home collaborates with Ingenico Payment, a company that meets the highest safety standards.
You only need your email address and PayPal password. Please visit the PayPal website for more information. Payment by PayPal is always free of charge.
Do I have to pay taxes/duties/shipping costs?
For shipments above $100, there are no shipping costs. For orders under $100, an additional shipping cost of $20 will be added to your bill.

Once the package has been sent, you can trace it via your account or by using the package code on the website of the selected courier. This code is included in the shipping confirmation.
Your order will be closely tracked. You will be informed immediately should any problems occur.
When are the goods dispatched?
We send our goods from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Belgian national holidays. If the ordered goods are in stock, order processing takes about a day before goods are dispatched.
How do I know when my order will be shipped?
The delivery period and exact shipping costs depend on the destination and the chosen delivery method. These will be communicated when placing the order.
Can I trace my order’s delivery trajectory?
Yes. Once the package has been sent, you can trace it via your account or by using the package code on the website of the selected courier. This code is included in the shipping confirmation.
Your order will be closely tracked. While we strive to keep you informed should any delivery complications arise, we also highly recommend that you track your order as well.
Exchanges & returns
Can I exchange or return my products?
Yes. Libeco Home guarantees total customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, you may return them at your own cost within 30 days of receipt. The items must be complete, unused and returned in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, you will lose your right to return. We will replace the product or issue a refund to the original payment method when the terms of the return are met. We will then forward you the U.S. return adress.
The right to cancel orders or return products does not apply to customized or personalized items or cut fabrics.
How do I exchange or return my products?
Please contact us beforehand by email if you wish to return a product. You will need to specify the order number, the items/quantities that you wish to return and a statement or complaint. We will then forward you the U.S. return address.
We will send you an email when the package has arrived at Libeco Home. The contents of the package and the quality will be checked.
